We chose this venue for its homely and comforting energy. You can relax by the fire, warm yourself by the Aga in the kitchen, or curl up with a cup of tea by the fire while gazing out at the peaceful garden. The elements of a home help us feel at ease, and I hope this space brings comfort to your soul.
Through gentle movement, creative expression, and time in nature, you'll uncover a sense of balance and inner peace. This is your time to pause, reflect, and nourish your body, mind, and soul in the company of like-minded individuals.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Daily Asana & breathwork: Flow into your body with hatha, somatic yin yoga, Qi Gong, and grounding practices designed to release tension and cultivate awareness.
Connection & Pausing: Throughout the retreat, we will take time for stillness and quiet, allowing space to simply be. We will also explore yoga philosophy, reflecting on its wisdom and how it can support us in daily life.
